Railway Heights Market
is a $3.5 million development, a new Houston landmark and one of the city’s most unique community gathering places.

The Company OF Nomads launched this large-scale project to create a platform for entrepreneurs to thrive and succeed — focusing on talent, the end product, first-time owners, and their authentic story. Railway Heights Market brings eating, shopping, and drinking together while supporting creative makers, produce growers and vendors, among a wide array of diverse business professionals.

  • 27,000 square foot indoor food and retail market with a rotation of over 50 small local beverage, food and retail tenants. Upstairs anchored by a wine bar, and downstairs home to local artisan grocery vendors.

  • 37,000 square foot outdoor family park, beer garden (100 beers on tap) and performance stage, and dog park bar (with a peanut butter tap!).

With a curated selection of independent producers and retailers, the products, people, and atmosphere come together to create an authentic, local shopping and dining experience modeled after cultural hubs found around the world such as the Chelsea Market in New York City and the Borough Market in London.

Construction began on the Railway Heights Market property in November 2018, with interior construction commencing in February 2019. Our anticipated opening is in June of 2020. For information on how to invest visit www.nextseed.com/teamrailway

Houston’s First Food Hall 2016

Conservatory is a true pioneer as Houston’s original food hall. With an underground beer garden and food hall that features independent, local businesses, it has an eclectic list of 60 beers on tap, local, national and international beer, cider, mead, and whiskey. The dining and social experience is elevated yet casual, and is located underneath another of Company OF Nomads’ projects, Prohibition.

The unique atmosphere of Conservatory is generated through architectural elements such as a grand art deco staircase leading downstairs to the vendors where crafted wooden countertops, metalwork, and greenery welcome patrons to downtown Houston. The space accommodates approximately 350 people.

Current Vendors:

  • El Burro and the Bull — a small batch handcrafted barbeque establishment led by Chef John Avila

  • Moku Bar — serving the freshest poke, unlimited toppings, and various Tempura options

  • Arte Pizzeria — a gourmet café serving artfully created personal pizzas and modern Italian Bar fare

  • Noble Rot Wine Bar —a laid back wine bar with a superstar bar staff and a list of fantastic & easy-drinking wines

  • The Pho Spot — a fast, casual Pho showcasing Vietnamese Southern Soul Food with a unique twist from Phi Nguyen and Danny Pham

  • Treacherous Leches — a local bakery located in Downtown Houston devoted to Tres Leches and select desserts
